We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and project coordination support to ensure smooth operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various digital tools. This is a volunteer position that offers valuable experience in executive support and organizational management, contributing significantly to our mission-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace to schedule meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
  • Provide executive administrative support including typing, proofreading, transcription, and data entry to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for organizational events, meetings, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain organized filing systems digitally; perform office management tasks such as supply inventory and document management using Office applications like Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
  • Coordinate projects across departments to ensure timely completion of organizational goals; facilitate communication between teams.
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed, correspondence management, and task prioritization.

Experience

  • Prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred, including office management or executive support roles.
  • Experience with event planning, project coordination, and data entry is highly desirable.
