The AI Specialist, Executive Support Engineering drives the adoption, integration, and optimization of AI-powered technologies that elevate executive productivity, operational efficiency, and service delivery - while providing hands-on engineering and white-glove technical support that keeps the executive environment running flawlessly.
This role is the bridge between executive support, digital workplace technologies, and emerging AI solutions. It is equal parts strategist and engineer: designing intelligent workflows and AI agents that transform how executive services are delivered, and personally ensuring that the devices, meeting spaces, and teamwork tools executives depend on perform seamlessly and securely.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth, discernment, executive presence, and a passion for innovation to deliver transformative, reliable solutions across the executive ecosystem.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience will be considered.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years in IT, Digital Workplace, Executive / VIP Support, Program Management, or related fields.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise AI technologies.
  • Hands-on technical support experience, including endpoint, mobile device, and AV / conferencing troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated success driving technology adoption and organizational change.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
  • Executive support or VIP support experience in a high-touch environment.
  • AI implementation, automation, or digital-transformation projects.
  • ServiceNow workflow automation.
  • Conference-room / AV engineering (Teams Rooms, Zoom, Crestron) and event support.
  • Knowledge management solutions and analytics / reporting tools.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$111,000.00 - $189,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
