Job description

Target Salary: $50,000 - $70,000

Work Schedule: Full Time (Hybrid - Onsite 1 day per week)

About the Role

The Amatriot Group is hiring an entry-level Support Products Analyst to join a fast-paced space operations environment supporting critical mission events and schedule execution. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn, and who thrives in an environment where accuracy and reliability matter.

You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple departments and will be trained closely by an experienced team member to learn the workflows, tools, and processes used to support mission operations and support product delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the preparation, handling, and delivery of support products and mission-critical files used to configure spacecraft-related systems and tools (including ATENAS).
  • Process inbound requests, translate requirements, follow established procedures to investigate, validate, and deliver accurate outputs.
  • Use internal tools, file systems, and documentation to retrieve information, validate inputs/outputs, and ensure products are ready for operational use.
  • Coordinate with teams across the organization (operations, scheduling, engineering, system administration, etc.) to gather inputs, track progress, and resolve gaps.
  • Maintain high accuracy when managing time-sensitive and high-visibility deliverables during critical mission windows.
  • Document work, track status, and ensure clean handoffs as part of a disciplined operational workflow.
  • Participate in extended or non-traditional hours as needed to support critical events (including early/late coverage during key mission milestones).

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level role. We’re specifically looking for someone who is:

  • Eager, driven, and dependable — someone who wants to grow into the role and stay long-term
  • Meticulous with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high accountability
  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to communicate and work effectively across departments
  • Disciplined, process-oriented, and able to follow procedures consistently

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred for entry level) OR Associate’s degree with active pursuit of a Bachelor’s
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage files, tasks, and priorities accurately
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite 1 day/week)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, academic, or early-career experience in operations, scheduling, engineering support, IT, or technical programs
  • Exposure to technical documentation, file configuration workflows, or operational readiness processes
  • Interest in or alignment with space missions / aerospace operations / mission support environments

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Hybrid: Onsite once per week in Monrovia, beginning in April 2026
  • During critical mission events, schedule may require non-traditional hours (as needed)
  • Role supports high-visibility operational timelines and mission-driven deliverables

Why This Role

This position provides a strong foundation for someone early in their career to build expertise in operational execution, cross-team coordination, and mission-critical product delivery within a unique and fast-moving environment.
