Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives at the heart of a fast-paced organization? Do you love creating structure, anticipating needs, and enabling senior leaders to operate at their best?
 
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our Calgary Head Office and play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership team. This is more than an administrative position - it's a high-impact opportunity to serve as a trusted partner, strategic organizer, and central hub of execution across the organization.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-level executive support, managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and ensure executives are prepared, informed, and always supported.
  • Drive follow-up and accountability from key meetings, tracking decisions and action items.
  • Coordinate operational reviews, fiscal planning activities, and cross-branch collaboration.
  • Plan major corporate events such as offsites, town halls, and strategic leadership sessions.
  • Create polished executive materials, presentations, and briefings using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Leverage Gen AI and productivity tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Build exceptional relationships across branches and with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities.

$80,455 - $95,000 a year
