Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove executive support for C-suite leaders and executives, ensuring prompt resolution of technology issues with minimal business disruption. Support includes conference room technology, mobile devices, remote access, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams meetings, and executive event support.

• Deliver advanced Level 2/Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Outlook, and Office applications, troubleshooting user access, synchronization, collaboration, and productivity-related issues.

• Support and maintenance of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Defender, and endpoint security policies, ensuring compliance with corporate security and device management standards.

• Execute end-user device deployment activities, including Windows 11 migrations, PC refreshes, hardware rollouts, software deployments, and endpoint lifecycle management for headquarters and remote users.

• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes by provisioning user accounts, group memberships, Microsoft 365 licenses, security permissions, mailboxes, mobile devices, and system access within Active Directory and Azure AD environments.

• Assist in the integration of newly acquired businesses into Federal Signal's enterprise environment through tenant migrations, account onboarding, endpoint deployment, Microsoft 365 adoption, and user enablement activities as part of ongoing M&A initiatives.

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing equipment, and related hardware/software to maintain agreed upon service levels.

• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop, application, identity, and access-related issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to support enterprise initiatives involving Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity management, device security, and workplace modernization.

• Support enterprise endpoint management initiatives utilizing Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, MFA, Conditional Access, and device compliance policies.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, onboarding guides, and support documentation related to Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and end-user services.

• Accurately document incidents, requests, asset inventory, deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle activities within the service management platform.

• Assist in identifying automation opportunities that improve service delivery, reduce repetitive manual effort, and enhance the end-user support experience.

• Participate in office relocation, expansion, and workplace technology projects, including workstation deployments, conference room readiness, network connectivity validation, and end-user transition support.
