Job description

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Irrigation Pivot Technician at the IFA Country Store in Roosevelt, Utah

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Will work on pivot repair and assembly for our customers
  • Assist in Pivot sales and quotes as needed

  • Recommend pivot upgrades and repairs as needed

  • Winterize pivots yearly

  • Become Rienke certified and keep up on the yearly recertification's.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required. Multiple years of pivot experience preferred (ie set up, take down, running, and winterizing). A basic understanding of electrical work or an electrical certification. An ability and desire to work outdoors and independently. An ability to lift over 60 lbs routinely throughout the day. Experience with heavy machinery. A valid driver's license. Experience in agricultural irrigation
