Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am - 4:30pm)
Location: Honolulu
Payrate: $22 per hour

Description:
Performs wide variety of maintenance duties related to the company’s properties. Assists and works under the direct supervision of the Resident Manager or Maintenance Supervisor performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on rental units. This position is expected to be able to repair and maintain most items on a property without assistance from outside vendors. 
 
Job Duties:
• Replace locks, re-key, replace door weather stripping
• Tests and repair doors
• Repair or replace carpet / tile
• Patch / paint walls
• Check / replace switches, lights, plugs
• Check / repair faucets and plumbing
• Test / replace smoke alarms
• Test appliance operation
• Change / clean A/C filters and coils
• Caulk counter tops, sinks, bathtubs
• Maintain written work orders
• Perform annual unit inspections
• Ensure turnover of units (make-ready) within 5 days
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
• Incorporate safety and customer service in the performance of all job duties
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings

Qualifications:
• 2+ Year of Related Apartment Maintenance Experience
• Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance
• CADL, Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation
