Job description

Come Build with Us

Courier Health is a New York City-based technology company on a mission to improve the patient experience for hundreds of millions of people living with a chronic condition or rare disease. The company develops and delivers the fastest-growing patient experience solution for the life sciences industry.

Companies that choose Courier Health are achieving double-digit improvements to patient starts, time-to-start and ongoing adherence to life-altering therapies. As host of the invite-only Patient Innovators Summit and publisher of The State of Patient-Centricity in Biopharma report, Courier Health is backed by leading investors, including Oak HC/FT, Norwest and Work-Bench.

We're a NYC-based team that believes culture, craft, and customer obsession go hand in hand. We show up for each other the same way we show up for the people we serve. We're an office-first company that values in-person collaboration 4 days per week because we believe the best work happens when you can collaborate and brainstorm together in the same room. If that sounds like your kind of place, we think you'll love it here.

The Opportunity

Every deal we win is a step toward more patients on therapy. What we build before the contract is signed determines what patients experience after. This role owns that.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll partner with Sales, Product, and Client Solutions to scope solutions that meaningfully change how life sciences companies serve patients. You'll lead the technical and strategic work behind every deal - from discovery workshops to demos to ROI cases - and build the function from the ground up.

If you want to shape how a fast-growing company sells, work directly with senior stakeholders, and see your fingerprints on a function that didn't exist before you arrived, this is the role. The problems are real, the customers are sophisticated, and the impact is measured in patient lives.

What You'll Build

A discovery practice that uncovers what really matters. You'll run live workshops and needs assessments with prospective clients to map their patient journeys, team processes, and access challenges. Your job is to surface the constraints - technology stacks, partner ecosystems, data structures - that shape what good looks like, and translate them into scope that's accurate and ambitious.

Demos and business cases that move deals. You'll lead compelling product demonstrations and build value cases that model platform ROI. Prospects should leave the room understanding not just what the product does, but exactly what it will do for them.

A bridge between the market and the product. You'll bring real client feedback back to Product, helping tailor existing features and inform new ones. The best Solutions Consultants make the product better, not just sell it better.

The Solutions Consulting function itself. As we build out the team, you'll help define how this work gets done at Courier Health - playbooks, templates, hand-offs to Client Solutions, and the standards that future hires will inherit.

What Makes You Successful

  • 5+ years in strategic consulting, client-facing enterprise SaaS account management, enterprise pre-sales value engineering, or enterprise solutions consulting
  • Comfort with technical depth - CRM architecture, data storage, data pipelines, API configurations, and joining complex data sets are conversations you can lead, not just follow
  • Strong executive presence; you've presented to senior stakeholders and large groups and made the room lean in
  • Analytical rigor and extreme attention to detail; you don't let imprecise scoping slip through
  • A competitive instinct and genuine investment in our clients' success and their patients' outcomes
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry conferences
  • Bonus points if you've supported rare disease or specialty pharma clients

Benefits

  • 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision)
  • 401(k) with employer funded match
  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Paid parental leave
  • Catered lunch on Fridays
  • Wellness stipend

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $130,000 - $180,000 + variable compensation + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, interview performance, and internal equity.
