Role Details
What You'll Do
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives to build AI experience in the Flow of Work, which includes but is not limited to Slack, MS Teams, Calendar, web, and email.
  • Build and support 3rd party integrations with platforms like Slack, MS Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet etc.
  • Follow and implement software engineering best practices, and set the foundations for the Agentic Ecosystem and experience in the Flow of Work.
  • Work across a diverse tech stack and gain robust experience with Python, React, JavaScript, Django, FastAPI, Relational and NoSQL Databases, etc.
  • Work closely with Product/Software Engineers to design and build new innovative functionality helping managers and organizations; maintain and improve existing functionality to solve customer problems and bring customer delight and satisfaction.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools across the full development lifecycle - from design and code generation to testing, review, and deployment - while ensuring your code is correct, secure, and performant.
  • Review code and architecture designs developed by other developers, and contribute to existing documentation along with creating new ones.
  • Bring your Product mindset - contribute to the team's strategic planning, helping define the vision, goals, and roadmap.
 
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience of software development, including significant experience with algorithms, design patterns and architectural patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, React, JavaScript, Django, FastAPI, Relational and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-native development environments.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with AI model building and running, or knowledge graphs is a plus.
  • Experience integrating AI tooling into day-to-day engineering workflows, including areas like code review, testing, documentation, or CI/CD.
  • Experience working remotely and effectively communicating and collaborating with different engineering, product, design, and customer facing teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with agentic systems or autonomous agents.
  • Exposure to DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
  • Background in HR tech, people systems, or performance management.
 
Work Schedule
Fully Remote, Monday-Friday. Typical hours align with 9am-5pm ET, with flexibility.
Some earlymorning meetings may be required to support crosstimezone collaboration.
$120,500 - $160,000 a year
