Responsibilities :
  • Optimizing SCADA systems, including architecture, redundancy, and high-availability configurations, along with system
  • Upgradation  and modernization initiatives. Skilled in integrating PLC, HMI, and SCADA layers to deliver scalable, reliable, and
  • Reliability, and supporting end-to-end system lifecycle activities in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Performed FAT, SAT, and system qualification activities (IQ/OQ), ensuring PLC and SCADA systems met functional,
  • Performance, and compliance requirements before handover.
  • Work   closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA/HMI systems with PLC-controlled manufacturing lines, enabling real-time monitoring and control.
  • Conduct real-time troubleshooting of SCADA, HMI, and PLC systems, reducing downtime by quickly identifying faults in control logic, communication, and system architecture.
  • Execute   root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring automation and SCADA issues, implementing long-term fixes to improve system reliability and availability.
  • Develop  and validated control strategies and supported SCADA system configuration and testing, including simulation-based validation for critical applications.
