Position Summary

As the Executive Assistant, Caremark Member & Clinical Operations you will manage administrative needs for Caremark Member & Clinical Ops executives and Senior leaders, including, email responses, meeting attendance and minute preparation, preparing PowerPoint presentations, complex calendar scheduling, preparing Excel spreadsheets for tracking key deliverables and outcomes, coordination of travel and expenses, project coordination and interfacing with other leaders/stakeholders.

This position can be remote nationwide, but Scottsdale, Dallas, Woonsocket, Hartford and Northbrook are preferred.

You will report to the SVP, Caremark Member & Clinical Ops.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan travel arrangements and handle travel expenses
  • Coordination of large onsite and offsite team meetings and single day or multi-day events, including coordination with internal and external resources for services for catering, hotels, activities, presenters Teams/video/conferencing/streaming
  • Onboarding of new hires, including ordering equipment and setting up onboarding plans; Offboarding termed employees
  • Interact with internal and external constituents in a way which promotes our values and represents the culture of the company
  • Often act as a point of contact for urgent business needs and assist to identify issues for escalations, communicating and ensuring that the leadership and executive team is well informed
  • Manage workflow for incoming items to ensure that issues are directed to the appropriate area (particularly in Manager's absence).
  • Monitor status of delegated items to ensure closure. Majority of work involves confidential business material
  • Act independently while managing calendars and work for both internal and external executive time commitments
  • Organize and maintain leaders' deliverables, following up on pending matters
  • May develop and monitor budget for cost center and prepare budget reports
  • Lead special projects, as required
  • Work collaboratively across CVS to share information, skills, tools and ensures appropriate backup plans for consistent support and provides backup for other EAs

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years as an Executive or Administrative Assistant or comparable experience supporting Executives at a large matrixed organization
  • 5 years of advanced experience working with MS 365 Products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in PBM or Healthcare.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$22.59 - $53.95

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
