Job purpose
The Executive Assistant to the SVP of Revenue - Financial Solutions is a strategic partner, providing proactive, high-level support that allows the SVP of Revenue - Financial Solutions to focus on driving business growth. This role also supports the sales team with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and enabling the revenue organization to perform at its best.
Duties and responsibilities
As a BELAY Corporate Team member, you will professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions. You are expected to exemplify our mission, vision and core values daily, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic extension of the SVP, serving as a liaison to internal teams, clients, contractors, and partners.
  • Anticipate the SVP's needs and proactively manage tasks, correspondence, research, presentations, professional development, and ad-hoc projects to conserve her time and support strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate complex calendaring, appointments, and meetings, ensuring proper preparation, prioritization, and optimization of time for high-impact business activities.
  • Plan and manage internal team meetings, events, off-sites, and recognition initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and engagement.
  • Manage executive travel, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, meals, confirmations, and rewards programs.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support the SVP's brand and external presence through podcasts, webinars, interviews, blogs, and social media, ensuring timely preparation and materials.
  • Manage team and client recognition initiatives, including gifting, handwritten notes, and milestone celebrations.
  • Prepare and track expense reports, reimbursements, departmental budgets, and vendor payments as needed.
  • Support reporting and analytics for the SVP and sales organization, dashboards, and presentations, while being comfortable working with spreadsheets and data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects on behalf of the SVP, tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to increase productivity and impact across the revenue organization.
  • Maintain confidential company and personnel information with the highest discretion.
  • Provide backup and administrative support for Sales, as needed.
  • Collaborate with executive peers to implement best practices, leverage technology, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Assist the SVP with select personal tasks, such as gifting, personal appointments, and vacation planning, to ensure seamless workflow both professionally and personally.

  • Minimum of 3 years of senior leader support experience

  • Comfortable with technology and able to fully embrace it as the platform on which we run our company
  • Ability to interact with internal and external partners

Working Conditions
BELAY Corporate offers full-time remote work, requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours, with occasional travel for some roles. Salary Range
$60,000 - $65,000
