Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Scheduling & Logistics: Expertly manage complex scheduling and coordination for executive interviews, often across multiple time zones and with senior leadership; this includes coordinating executive travel and managing confidential expense reimbursement
  • White-Glove Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a smooth, highly professional, and welcoming experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Operational Excellence: Partner closely with Executive Recruiters to drive process efficiency and ensure compliance; this involves meticulously compiling and managing all necessary, often confidential, documentation for executive offer approvals
  • Confidential Onboarding: Initiate and manage sensitive pre-employment processes, including drug screenings and background checks, and seamlessly transition executive hires into the onboarding phase
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with internal executive assistants and leadership to optimize interview flow and logistics
