As our Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, you will be the architect of our executive hiring strategy, blending the art of relationship-building with the science of data-driven recruiting. You'll lead a high-performing team, harness cutting-edge tools, and design a search process that ensures we connect with the most exceptional leaders in the market-faster, smarter, and with deeper insight than ever before. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Lead the end-to-end executive search strategy for C-suite and senior leadership roles, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
  • Leverage advanced recruiting technologies-such as AI-powered sourcing platforms, CRM systems, and talent analytics dashboards-to identify and engage top-tier executive talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust executive talent pipeline using market mapping, competitive intelligence, and predictive analytics.
  • Partner closely with the CPO, SVP of HR, and senior leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and cultural fit.
  • Champion a data-informed approach to decision-making, using metrics to refine sourcing strategies, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience.
  • Mentor and develop a team of executive recruiters, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate journey that reflects our brand and values at every stage.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience placing C-suite and senior executives in complex, fast-paced organizations
  • Experience in leveraging recruiting technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Eightfold, and Beamery, to enhance sourcing and engagement
  • Experience using talent intelligence tools and dashboards to guide strategy
  • Ability to connect the business strategy internally with decision makers and externally with candidates
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to display a passion for innovation in recruiting, from AI-driven sourcing to virtual interviewing and assessment tools
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
