Job description

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to drive complex, end-to-end technology initiatives from initial design through to post-launch support. You will serve as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses the "executive presence" necessary to communicate effectively with both technical peers and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of technology programs, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, acting as a key partner to diverse business units.
Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including detailed meeting notes, action items, and clear follow-ups.
Accountability & Leadership: Drive results by holding cross-functional teams accountable for milestones and deliverables.
Resource Coordination: Utilize tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA to manage schedules, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in Project/Program Management or Business Administration.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on technology Program/Project Management experience.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PPT, Excel) and project management software.
Preferred Assets:
Experience leading Cybersecurity projects or managing large-scale budgets.
Proven track record managing global teams across multiple time zones.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CSM.
Advanced data visualization skills to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
