  • Own end-to-end production delivery from pre-production through final asset delivery.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on brand, on time, and within agreed budgets.

  • Lead production estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking in partnership with finance and client service teams.

  • Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations across all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, traffic, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Work with global studio partners to support cross-region-workflows and continuity across time zones.

  • Engage and manage third party suppliers and specialist production partners as required.

  • Flex to support other global clients during periods of lower demand on the primary account.

  • Apply a solutions focused mindset to resolve challenges before they impact delivery.

  • Ensure production processes, documentation, and delivery standards are applied consistently.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Significant experience in senior production roles within a CGI l-ed or integrated creative production environment.

  • Proven ability to operate as a senior production partner within demanding client environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on- experience managing budgets, estimates, and financial performance.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client--facing situations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across creative, production, and client teams.

  • Highly organised, detail driven-, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Ability to anticipate production risks and address them proactively.

  • Comfortable working across globally connected studios and time zones.
