Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Planning Manager to own the executive audience rhythm of business, goal development, and governance approach. This role is responsible for defining agile planning cadences, supporting business operations including budget, driving automation of planning and business review processes, and ensuring consistent executive audience engagement across Marketing.
The successful candidate will partner with central marketing teams in three modes: adapting their frameworks to executive audience requirements, feeding executive audience needs into their planning processes, and building net-new approaches where central coverage does not exist. This person enables programs to execute at scale through automation, best practices, templates, and shared resources.
The ideal candidate is a structured problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, can build operational rigor from scratch, and drives alignment across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority
