Job description

We are ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. Founded in 2022, we've grown to nearly 200 team members and were named one of LinkedIn's 2025 Top 50 Startups in the United States. We move fast, think big, and love bold ideas that push boundaries (and buttons). From new rewards to fresh game mechanics, every challenge is a chance to innovate and have fun doing it. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.
Summary
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a true right hand to a member of our Executive team during an exciting phase of growth and scale. This is far more than an administrative support role. It is a high-trust, high-impact partnership at the center of the business.
You will operate as an extension of the executive, helping turn complexity into clarity, protecting focus, driving follow-through, and creating the structure that allows a fast-moving executive to operate at the highest level.
This role spans both executive partnership and personal support. From preparing for board meetings and managing strategic priorities, to coordinating travel, optimizing daily logistics, and supporting personal operations, you will help create leverage across every aspect of the executive's life and work.
If you are proactive, polished, deeply organized, and obsessed with anticipating needs before they arise, this role may be for you.
What You'll Do
Serve as a Force Multiplier
  • Own and optimize a dynamic calendar that balances strategic priorities, investor and leadership meetings, travel, and personal commitments
  • Protect the executive's time and ensure focus stays on the highest-value work
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, notes, and follow-ups for key meetings including board and executive discussions
  • Help manage priorities, track action items, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner and operational backbone

Run Executive Operations with Precision
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel, building seamless end-to-end itineraries and contingency plans
  • Serve as command center for executive communications, triaging requests and ensuring critical priorities move forward
  • Build systems, workflows, and leverage through productivity tools and strong operational rigor
  • Support special projects and help quarterback cross-functional follow-through when needed
  • Act as a trusted ambassador internally and externally, building strong relationships across stakeholders

Deliver White-Glove Personal Support
  • Manage personal scheduling, appointments, household logistics, reservations, and personal projects
  • Coordinate family and personal travel with the same level of excellence as business travel
  • Oversee lifestyle and concierge-level support that removes friction from day-to-day life
  • Support personal financial administration, bill management, and administrative tasks with precision and discretion
  • Handle ad hoc personal requests and problem-solve in real time

Support Health, Wellness & Peak Performance
  • Help prioritize the executive's wellness by coordinating exercise, meal planning, health regimens, and routines that sustain energy and focus
  • Coordinate with trainers, nutritionists, wellness providers, and other partners
  • Proactively support routines and systems that enable peak personal performance amid demanding work hours

Who You Are
  • 5+ years supporting a senior executive, founder, or principal in a high-growth or high-demand environment
  • Experience blending executive support with personal assistant responsibilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Proactive by nature and always several steps ahead
  • Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-moving, ever-changing environments
  • Exceptional communicator with executive-level polish
  • Tech savvy and comfortable leveraging tools to drive efficiency
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, and modern productivity tools
  • No task too big or too small mentality

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Startup or tech company experience
  • Experience supporting a c-level executive
  • Experience with board preparation and executive operating rhythms
  • Background in concierge-level or white-glove support

Role Expectations
  • Up to 25% travel may be required
  • Flexibility outside traditional hours at times, based on business and personal needs
