Real Estate Executive Assistant

The Laurie Allen Real Estate Group

Minneapolis, MN

$85K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 4 hours ago

Job description

In real estate, the details matter. Deadlines aren't suggestions, names aren't interchangeable, and communication isn't optional.

The difference between a smooth transaction and a stressful one usually comes down to one person: the one paying attention before anyone has to ask.

You know the difference between a job that looks good on paper and one that actually delivers.

This is the kind of role where your work truly matters.

Laurie Allen isn't just hiring an executive assistant. She's looking for her person, a true strategic partner who is as invested in this business as she is, and who brings that same drive for growth to everything they do.

Working With Laurie

Laurie leads with clarity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility to the people she serves.

She believes that when clients feel understood, everything else gets easier — decisions, communication, trust. Her approach is steady, thoughtful, and solutions-focused. She doesn’t overcomplicate things, and she doesn’t cut corners. She sees the path forward, communicates it clearly, and follows through.

She has built her business on long-term relationships — not transactions. That means doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. It means anticipating needs, reducing stress, and creating an experience that feels seamless from start to finish.

She brings warmth, humor, and high standards to her work. She notices the details. She checks in. She cares deeply about the people around her — clients, colleagues, and her team.

And she’s looking for someone who operates the same way.

This is a true administrative partnership role — built on trust, professionalism, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Own

Executive Support & Operations

  • You’ll manage Laurie’s calendar, email, and day-to-day priorities — protecting her time so she can focus on relationships, clients, and growth. You’ll track expenses, help organize business metrics, and keep operations running smoothly.

Transaction & Listing Management

  • From pre-listing through closing, you’ll own the details. Coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors — ensuring every deadline is met, every document is in place, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Client Experience

  • You will be a key point of contact for clients during some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Your role is to ensure they feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for — anticipating needs before they arise and creating a seamless, professional experience.

Marketing Oversight & Systems

  • You won’t be creating everything from scratch — there is marketing support — but you will oversee execution. MLS entries, CRM management, drip campaigns, follow-up systems, and review generation will all be handled by you. You’ll keep the systems organized, consistent, and always improving.

Qualifications:

Does This Sound Like You?

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive. You don’t wait for problems — you prevent them.
  • You take pride in your work. You follow through. You notice the details others miss.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally — both in writing and verbally — and you understand the importance of tone, timing, and presentation. You show up polished, both in how you speak and how you present yourself.
  • You’re adaptable. You can pivot when priorities shift without losing momentum.
  • You are comfortable with technology and genuinely enjoy finding better ways to do things. You have experience with CRM systems and understand the importance of maintaining clean, organized data. You’re someone who can bring structure to a database and turn it into a meaningful relationship-building tool.
  • You lead with curiosity, not assumption. You ask questions, seek to understand, and make thoughtful decisions.
  • You understand discretion. You can be trusted with sensitive information and client relationships.
  • You are a team player — someone others enjoy working with. You bring a positive, upbeat presence and take pride in contributing to a supportive, professional environment.
  • And most importantly — you want to be part of something long-term, where your work has real impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, transaction coordination, executive assistance, or a fast-paced, client-facing administrative role
  • Minnesota real estate license a plus (licensing support available)
  • Strong understanding of real estate processes, contracts, and timelines
  • Experience with CRM systems, MLS, DocuSign, Outlook/Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence

The Details

  • Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 + performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave; contribution toward medical benefits; licensing and professional development reimbursement
  • Location: In-office at 3033 Excelsior Blvd #100, Minneapolis, MN 55416
  • Beautifully remodeled office with scenic views, a supportive team environment, and free parking
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for urgent business needs

Additional Requirements:

Candidates should live within a 40-minute commute and have access to a personal vehicle for occasional work-related tasks. Valid driver’s license and insurance required; business mileage reimbursed.

Candidates who contact us directly may be removed from consideration. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but please do not call or email. Please apply directly. If you seem like a good fit for the job, you’ll hear from our recruiters about the next steps!
