Job Description:
As a remote Senior Client Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and dedicated advocate for our clients within the Real Estate, MLS, and Association sectors. You are not just a point of contact; you are a trusted advisor responsible for orchestrating the client relationship, driving long-term loyalty, and ensuring our services align perfectly with our partners' business goals. This remote role offers the opportunity to influence product evolution by serving as the "Voice of the Customer" while managing a high-impact portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a business partner for a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing everything from day-to-day operations and high-level strategy meetings to contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Advocacy & Innovation: Represent the client's interests internally, providing actionable feedback to our operations and product teams to drive service enhancements and platform innovation.
  • Revenue & Growth Ownership: Drive retention and expansion by deeply understanding your clients' business models, fee structures, and technical needs. You will spearhead growth strategies to ensure clients are leveraging the full power of our ecosystem. Work hand-in-hand with a partner sales person on each account to sell new product offerings within the client strategy.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential account risks before they escalate, navigating internal business lines and product expertise to deliver swift, high-impact resolutions.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Mentor and support the broader account management team, sharing market insights and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and business growth.
  • Compliance & Excellence: Ensure all accounts meet rigorous compliance standards while maintaining a high bar for communication and transparency.
  • Travel: Represent our company at industry events and client on-site events. Meet with clients in-person, as needed, for strategic reviews, new product demos and negotiations.

Job Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience managing complex accounts within the Real Estate, MLS, or Association landscapes.
  • Strategic Mindset: A track record of successfully negotiating renewals and understanding the MLS technology landscape.
  • Analytical Prowess: The ability to translate volume and revenue statistics into growth opportunities and satisfied partnerships.
  • Exceptional Communication: A natural ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex technical or contractual details with clarity.

What Credentials/Education do you need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-+years related experience in client success, account management and/or sales Required
  • 3+ years of Real Estate technology industry experience required. Experience with MLS/Associations preferred

Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, must have good judgment, proven success working in a matrix environment, strong influencing skills and executive presence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional phone demeanor
  • Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Power Point and Excel skills
  • Experience with CRM programs, specifically Salesforce, is a plus

Please note the range listed is for the annual base range. This role is also a base and commission structured package. (OTE package)
