They oversee the administration and strategic direction of an MLS organization, ensuring that property listings are accurate, accessible, and compliant with industry standards. Their responsibilities often include collaborating with real estate brokers, implementing new technologies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. These professionals play a crucial role in supporting real estate transactions by providing reliable information and resources to agents and brokers.

Job description

Description
The Snyder Team is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support daily real estate operations and leadership initiatives.
This role is ideal for a licensed real estate agent who enjoys the industry but prefers a structured, behind-the-scenes support role rather than full-time sales.
You will work directly with team leadership to ensure smooth operations, high-level client service, and efficient transaction management-while maintaining flexibility to complement your own real estate business if desired.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct administrative support to team leadership
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications
• Assist with listing and transaction management from contract to close
• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and MLS input
• Manage CRM systems, lead flow, and database organization
• Help execute marketing initiatives (listing launches, email campaigns, social media coordination)
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors to ensure seamless transactions
• Track key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications
• Active real estate license (Minnesota/Wisconsin preferred)
• Experience in residential real estate transactions or operations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills-professional, clear, and client-focused
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
• Self-starter who can manage tasks independently
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism
