Project Executive – Mechanical Construction
Rochester, MN | Full-Time Leadership Opportunity

Confidential Opportunity – Partnered with a Top Nationwide Mechanical Contractor

We are partnered with a nationally recognized mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide operational leadership, financial oversight, and strategic direction for large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in operations, team development, business growth, and complex project execution.

Responsibilities Include:
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and operational teams
• Oversee project financials, labor productivity, forecasting, and risk management
• Drive safety culture, project execution, and operational excellence
• Support business development, estimating, and strategic growth initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, GCs, vendors, and key clients
• Oversee preconstruction, planning, scheduling, and project turnover activities
• Participate in PM reviews, negotiations, staffing, and workforce planning

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems and construction operations
• Experience leading teams, managing financial performance, and supporting business growth
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Experience with project management and construction software platforms
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
