Compensation: $70K-$100K+ Commission
Location: Seattle, WA

Our client, a notable player in the Mechanical Contracting industry, is seeking to fill the position of Project Sales Executive. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive commercial HVAC retrofit and energy projects across the Puget Sound region, leveraging an established service customer base to generate and close negotiated design-build work. The position comes with attractive benefits including sales commission, car allowance, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, 401(k) company match, and a thriving company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling HVAC retrofit, controls, and energy efficiency projects (design-build).
  • Working off an existing book of maintenance clients (warm pipeline).
  • Owning the full sales cycle: discovery → estimating → proposal → close.
  • Collaborating with internal engineering, estimating, and operations teams.
  • Using Salesforce to track pipeline and project activity.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years in commercial HVAC, mechanical, or energy-related projects.
  • Experience estimating and developing client proposals.
  • A strong, client-facing, relationship-driven sales approach.
  • Knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems is preferred.
  • A self-starter with strong organization and communication skills.
  • CEM and/or LEED AP-OM certifications are preferred.
  • Control system experience is preferred.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 40 lbs. without accommodation.
