Project Sales Manager
Location: Jackson, TN
Pay Range: Base Salary $50,000 - $60,000 DOE + Performance-Based Commission. On-target earnings - $100,000 annually.
Schedule: Full-Time | 40-45+ hours per week | Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends

What You'll Do
- Manage projects from initial customer meeting through final completion
- Develop estimates, proposals, and project scopes
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets and project timelines to ensure profitability
- Communicate project updates and expectations with customers
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving
- Complete project documentation and ensure successful closeout
- Follow up with customers to maintain long-term relationships and generate repeat business
What We're Looking For
- Experience in project management, preferably in construction, HVAC, or mechanical services
- Experience in B2B outside sales
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent customer service
- Self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred Experience
- HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry background
- Estimating, scheduling, and job costing experience
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
