Project Sales Manager

Location: Jackson, TN

Pay Range: Base Salary $50,000 - $60,000 DOE + Performance-Based Commission. On-target earnings - $100,000 annually.

Schedule: Full-Time | 40-45+ hours per week | Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

  • Manage projects from initial customer meeting through final completion
  • Develop estimates, proposals, and project scopes
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors
  • Monitor budgets and project timelines to ensure profitability
  • Communicate project updates and expectations with customers
  • Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving
  • Complete project documentation and ensure successful closeout
  • Follow up with customers to maintain long-term relationships and generate repeat business

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project management, preferably in construction, HVAC, or mechanical services
  • Experience in B2B outside sales
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Preferred Experience

  • HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry background
  • Estimating, scheduling, and job costing experience
  • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
