As a Bilingual Mandarin Account Manager, you'll become the trusted advisor for strategic accounts, working closely with customers, warehouse operations, and leadership to deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities for continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic domestic and international customers.
  • Develop trusted, long-term client relationships that drive customer retention.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure customer expectations and service commitments are achieved.
  • Lead customer meetings, facility tours, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Resolve customer concerns with urgency while maintaining outstanding service levels.
  • Identify operational improvements that strengthen customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Logistics Sales, or similar roles.
  • Experience within logistics, warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, 3PL, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience supporting importers, manufacturers, or Asia-to-U.S. supply chains is highly desirable.
  • Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and relationship management.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, TMS, and WMS platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable adapting work hours occasionally to support global customers across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including China.
Compensation & Work Model
  • Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
