Position Purpose
The Lead Executive Assistant will support the CEO and CFO. They will also have responsibility of managing the other Executive Assistants on the team and the administrative support for the Rockville office. Work is bound by federal laws, Bank rules and regulations and standard office policies and procedures. Work is performed under the general supervision of the President of the Bank. This is an in-person position five days a week in Rockville, MD.
Position Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations.
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules; develop, review, and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare monthly various committee Board Packages - until new role is filled
  • Interact with Chairman and other members of the Board - until new role is filled
  • Maintain and organize corporate records.
  • Prepare, review, and edit board, shareholder, and customer communications.
  • Provide follow up to assignments given to management staff by Executives and provide status reports.
  • Make travel arrangements, maintain calendar, and arrange meetings and conferences for Executives.
  • Manage the Executive Assistant team and ensure they are supporting the Bank executives and providing timely responsiveness to requests.
  • Manage the administrative staff to support the operations of the Rockville office.

Minimum Education & Experience
  • College graduate with a degree in Business Administration or related work experience
  • Minimum of five years experience in a professional environment

Technical Knowledge and Skills
  • Fidelity (or other relational database software)
  • Microsoft office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal abilities to deal effectively with Bank customers, Directors, Advisory Board members, and government officials, such as the Office of Comptroller of the Treasury, Federal Reserve, IRS, FDIC and representatives of other federal and state regulatory agencies

Compensation
  • Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually / hourly. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
  • Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
