The Courtyard Rochester Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Executive Housekeeper.
The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
