As a full life cycle recruiter on the GSR Executive Recruiting team, you'll own senior technical hiring across multiple Steams, partnering directly with VP and Director-level hiring managers to identify and close transformative technology leaders. Key job responsibilities
*Partnering with research (and conducting your own) to identify and cultivate executive technology candidates that enable our ability to effectively innovate and scale Amazon's technology agenda
*Creating unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right senior technology leaders for the right roles at the right time
*Developing innovative ways to raise the bar on how Amazon connects with Director & VP-level technology talent in the HR technology, people analytics, and enterprise systems space
*Continually contributing to the knowledge base of both our team and the broader recruiting community by sharing intelligence related to relevant technology sectors, competitive landscape, and executive talent pools
*Building out executive technology talent networks across enterprise software, HR tech, cloud, and adjacent sectors, tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pipeline of evergreen candidates
*Owning business and stakeholder relationships (you're the go-to and trusted advisor), providing strategic guidance and coaching in close partnership with executive hiring managers & their teams
*Managing end-to-end executive search engagements including market mapping, target list development, executive outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, offer strategy, and close
*Conducting informational/exploratory calls, phone screens, interviews & references; actively participating in hiring decisions throughout the candidate life cycle
*Partnering cross-functionally with Executive Talent Management (ETM), compensation, and HRBPs to ensure holistic executive hiring strategies

The Global Specialty Recruiting (GSR) team is a highly specialized group focused on hiring exceptional talent for complex, hard-to-fill scientific, design, academic, & executive tech and non-tech roles across Amazon.

Our recruiters are embedded within executive and senior technical communities, allowing us to leverage industry connections, innovative sourcing tactics, and a nuanced understanding of specialized skill sets. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership experience
- 7+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting work with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market experience
- Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience recruiting passive candidates who are the most senior experts in their field
- Experience with executive recruiting in either a blue-chip, global in-house executive search team, or a top executive search firm
- Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
