Working closely with Branch Leadership, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Executive Leadership, this individual will help strengthen sales effectiveness throughout the organization while supporting sustainable revenue and gross profit growth. It requires direct involvement, real-world coaching, accountability, and the ability to help sales professionals execute at a higher level. Key Responsibilities Field Sales Coaching & DevelopmentCoach sales professionals through ride-a longs, customer visits, prospecting activities, pipeline reviews, and joint sales calls.Observe sales professionals in real-selling situations and provide immediate, actionable feedback.Strengthen prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, objection handling, closing, and account expansion skills.Conduct individual coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, and sales development workshops.Develop coaching plans tailored to individual performance levels and growth opportunities.Support the onboarding and development of new sales professionals and leaders.Help identify and replicate successful sales behaviors across the organization.
