POSITION OVERVIEW
Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Trinity Electrical Services in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for leading electrical infrastructure and construction projects from project handoff through final completion while ensuring every project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers, field personnel, subcontractors, estimating, operations, and executive leadership. This individual will oversee financial performance, production tracking, project scheduling, subcontractor management, resource planning, field execution, and customer communication across projects throughout Florida.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing electrical infrastructure, airfield electrical, civil, or concrete construction projects and possess the leadership skills necessary to coordinate multiple project resources while maintaining exceptional customer relationships and project profitability.
Manage electrical construction projects throughout Florida from project handoff through closeout.
Participate in estimating handoff meetings to transition projects into operations.
Review project scope, budgets, schedules, estimating information, customer requirements, and resource allocations.
Develop comprehensive project schedules identifying milestones, critical path activities, manpower requirements, subcontractors, and material needs.
Conduct monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) financial reviews with executive leadership.
Identify budget gains, budget fades, financial risks, and forecasting adjustments as early as possible.
Maintain responsibility for project profitability and financial performance.
Direct field operations to ensure projects remain safe, productive, profitable, and on schedule.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned field personnel.
Conduct regular field visits and daily communication with project teams.
Manage subcontractor performance, scheduling, quality, production, and scope compliance.
Develop and maintain rolling two-week look-ahead schedules.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project resources.
Review daily field reports for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
Monitor production using company reporting tools and compare field productivity against labor budgets, installed quantities, and project schedules.
Analyze production trends and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Serve as the primary company representative with customers throughout project execution.
Maintain complete understanding of project schedules, logistics, production, budgets, costs, and customer expectations.
Communicate proactively with operations, estimating, executive leadership, customers, and field supervision.
Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies throughout every phase of construction.
COMPENSATION
$100,000-$125,000 annual salary
SCHEDULE

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum five years of construction project management experience. REQUIRED
Experience managing electrical construction, infrastructure, civil, concrete, or related construction projects. REQUIRED
Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews. REQUIRED
Experience developing and managing project schedules. REQUIRED
Experience managing subcontractors and field operations. REQUIRED
Experience coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and project resources. REQUIRED
Experience reviewing production reports and analyzing productivity against budgets. REQUIRED
Strong customer relationship and communication skills. REQUIRED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Airfield electrical construction experience.
