Job Description:
The Role :
We are seeking a Operation Finance Analyst to join our Global Operation Finance team.
In this role, you will support the Global Operations Excellence organization by delivering business insights, manufacturing performance analytics, executive reporting, and operational financial analysis that enable data-driven decision making across global manufacturing operations.
You will also partner closely with the Reporting Center of Excellence (COE), Plant Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain organizations to improve operational performance visibility and support enterprise-wide Operations Excellence initiatives.
What You'll Do :
Manufacturing Performance Analytics
  • Analyze operational and financial performance across manufacturing sites.

  • Identify performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Provide analytical support for manufacturing KPI metrics.

Executive Reporting & Business Performance Reviews
  • Support monthly Plant Finance Reviews and prepare consolidated performance reporting for management reviews.

  • Consolidate operational and financial information across divisions & plants.

  • Prepare management reporting materials and support executive business reviews.

Manufacturing Cost & Operational Analysis
  • Support manufacturing cost roll analysis and cost performance reviews.

  • Analyze manufacturing cost drivers, trends, and operational variances.

  • Support financial evaluation of manufacturing initiatives.

Reporting COE Partnership
  • Partner with the Reporting COE to ensure reporting consistency and data quality.

  • Translate reporting outputs into meaningful business insights.

  • Support reporting automation and continuous process improvements.

Cross-functional Business Partnership
  • Partner with Plant Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Corporate Finance.

  • Support strategic initiatives through business analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Seek :
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 3~5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, or Cost Accountant.

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills (e.g., pivots, lookups, basic modeling, clear executive-ready slides).

  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools (Power BI a plus); ability to create repeatable dashboards and automated reporting.

  • Experience using ERP and planning tools (SAP ERP, SAP BPC, Oracle, BPC or similar a plus).
