Position Overview
South Western Communications (SWC), a nationally recognized healthcare technology integrator and one of the nation's leading Rauland Nurse Call distributors, is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Healthcare Account Executive to drive aggressive growth throughout assigned healthcare markets. This is a hunter-first sales role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts.
The ideal candidate thrives on competition, enjoys opening doors that others cannot, and possesses the persistence, resilience, and discipline required to consistently exceed sales targets.
The Healthcare Account Executive will be responsible for generating demand, creating opportunities, leading complex healthcare technology sales cycles, and helping healthcare organizations improve patient care, staff communication, safety, workflow efficiency, and operational outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
Success in this role requires a proactive salesperson who is comfortable engaging C-suite executives, nursing leadership, IT leadership, facilities teams, security stakeholders, and operational decision-makers across healthcare systems.
Primary Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of successful healthcare technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.
• Demonstrated success selling complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Experience prospecting and developing net-new business opportunities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory and assigned meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to CNOs, CIOs, Clinical Leadership Teams, IT Departments, Security Directors, Facilities Leadership, and Healthcare Executives.
Experience with Rauland Technologies, Clinical Communication & Collaboration (CC&C), Nurse Call Systems, RTLS Solutions, Workflow Automation, Security Technologies, Audio Visual Systems, Enterprise Software Platforms, and Integrated Healthcare Technologies.
