We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join our team. This role will involve building responsive and accessible user interfaces, supporting UI/UX design for enterprise systems, and enhancing existing applications across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end development, CSS frameworks, mobile-first design, and Agile environments, along with a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to support a unified front-end development approach across the agency, spanning multiple technologies and applications. The selected candidate will help build the structure for responsive, accessible, and user-friendly internal and external applications while working closely with business teams, designers, and developers in an Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support UI/UX design for existing enterprise systems
  • Create graphic designs and mockups for web applications
  • Build responsive front-end structures for internal and external applications
  • Support and enhance existing custom applications written in .NET and other technologies
  • Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, and mobile-first design standards
  • Work with business teams, IT teams, and other agencies to define and enhance new solutions
  • Enhance existing applications within an Agile development environment
  • Proactively learn new technologies, tools, and design patterns
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer

  • 3+ years of experience working with:

    • CSS

    • HTML5 and CSS3

    • Mockups and UI design tools

    • Agile development methodologies

    • CSS frameworks (such as Bootstrap)

    • Mobile-first design principles

  • Portfolio or GitHub showcasing front-end development projects
