Job Posting: Homecare Sales and Marketing Specialist - North Dallas
Location: North Dallas, TX (Hybrid Remote/In-Field) Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45k-$60k Base Salary, + uncapped commission, and bonus
On Target Cash Pay Range: On target earnings of $70k-$100k

Position Overview - Homecare Sales and Marketing Specialist
The Sales and Marketing position in the home care industry is responsible for promoting the company's care services, expanding client reach, and building strong community relationships. This role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, increasing referrals, and enhancing brand visibility within the healthcare and senior care sectors. The ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of clients and families seeking home care, effectively communicate the value of services, and drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives and partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, families, and community organizations.
  • Educate families on the benefits, our differentiators, and affordability of private pay home care services.
  • Self-manage qualified leads that are received and have a strategic plan to close leads that are received.
  • Develop partnerships with long-term care communities to generate new client inquiries.
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to explain services, pricing, and care options.
  • Create and execute local marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal care team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track activities, leads, and outcomes in Excel/CRM or other sales tracking tools.
  • Maintain a compassionate, client-centered approach that reflects the company's mission and values in every interaction.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 yrs sales/marketing in home care, senior services, healthcare, or private-pay (preferred).
  • Thrive on 10-15 daily touchpoints; rejection-proof.
  • Strong presentation, follow-up, Google Workspace/CRM skills.
  • North Dallas/Collin County market knowledge is a plus.
