Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in the Collin County area. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
May include care for patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, BiPAP or IV needs
Patient's Requested Schedule
12 hour shifts available for DAY SHIFT and NIGHT SHIFT
Major Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes
  • Collaborate with care team and family
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically
Qualifications
  • Active Texas LVN or RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN
