  • Minimum 1 Year of Caregiving Experience – Professional or family caregiving experience required.

  • CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification (Preferred, but not required).

  • High School Graduate or GED Equivalent – Required.

  • Physically Capable – Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs independently.

  • Licensed & Insured Drivers – Reliable transportation required for certain shifts.

  • Able to Pass a Background Check – Ensuring client safety is our priority.

  • Authorized to Work in the U.S. – Employment Authorization or Permanent Residency required for non-citizens.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Caregiver/CNA/HHA, you will assist clients with:

  • Personal Care – Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

  • Companionship – Engaging in activities, emotional support, and supervision.

  • Meal Preparation – Cooking nutritious meals and ensuring proper nutrition.

  • Light Housekeeping – Keeping a clean and safe living environment.

  • Medication Reminders – Helping clients stay on track with their prescribed regimen.

  • Errands & Transportation – Grocery shopping, doctor’s visits, and other necessary trips.
