Introduction

The Club at Prescott Lakes is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hospitality-driven Executive Chef to help lead one of the most exciting private club transformations in Northern Arizona.
As our newly remodeled clubhouse nears completion and we prepare for the launch of our new signature dining concept, 1888, we are looking for a culinary leader who is excited to build, inspire, and elevate the member dining experience while creating a strong and positive kitchen culture.
This is more than a traditional Executive Chef position. This is an opportunity to play a major leadership role in the future of a growing private club focused on hospitality, community, innovation, and member experience.

The Club at Prescott Lakes is one of Northern Arizonaโ€™s premier private clubs, offering golf, dining, fitness, pickleball, bocce, aquatics, social programming, and an active year-round lifestyle for its members.
The Club is currently undergoing a significant clubhouse transformation designed to create an elevated and energetic hospitality experience centered around community, connection, and exceptional service. The launch of 1888 will introduce a refreshed culinary and social dining experience that blends approachable upscale dining, member traditions, creativity, and vibrant club culture.

Position Overview

The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for the Club, including ร  la carte dining, banquet operations, special events, catering, pool food service, and future culinary initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong and positive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands how to balance culinary creativity with operational discipline, consistency, financial accountability, and exceptional hospitality.
This position requires someone who is passionate about developing teams, mentoring staff, engaging with members, and helping create a culinary program that reflects the excitement and momentum currently taking place at Prescott Lakes.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Lead all culinary operations for the Club
โ€ข Develop and maintain a strong, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture
โ€ข Execute consistent, high-quality food presentation and service standards
โ€ข Develop menus aligned with the vision and concept of 1888
โ€ข Oversee banquet, catering, and member event culinary execution
โ€ข Maintain food cost, labor cost, purchasing, and inventory controls
โ€ข Recruit, train, mentor, and develop culinary team members
โ€ข Collaborate with club leadership to enhance the member experience
โ€ข Ensure cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained
โ€ข Participate in member events, culinary activations, and social programming
โ€ข Assist in long-term planning, innovation, and culinary growth initiatives
