Job description

About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Capital Markets to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the execution of TensorWave’s capital markets strategy, including debt and equipment financing initiatives, financial modeling, transaction management, and strategic financial analysis, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.

What You’ll Do

Capital Raising Initiatives

  • Assist in the negotiation of term sheets and prepare recommendations for debt and equipment financing solutions.

  • Prepare project information materials for banks, private credit funds, and institutional investors through close interaction with finance, infrastructure, deployment, and engineering teams.

  • Create, maintain, and update flexible, highly accurate, and user-friendly financial models.

  • Manage the due diligence process on capital-raising initiatives.

  • Manage information flow with lenders, legal counsel, and internal constituencies.

  • Negotiate loan and financing documentation.

  • Maintain active trackers with tasks, responsibilities, and due dates to ensure deal momentum.

  • Ensure smooth hand-overs to the core finance team for funding mechanics, reporting requirements, and covenant compliance.

  • Coordinate with the finance team on any post-closing interactions with lenders (e.g., amendments, waivers).

  • Monitor competitors’ financing structures within the AI and cloud infrastructure space and maintain an internal market database.

  • Assist with Investor Relations as required

Strategic Finance & Reporting

  • Drive the preparation of presentations and financial analyses for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.

    • Manage the development and maintenance of management and investor KPI dashboard reporting.

    • Create reports comparing TensorWave’s current capital structure and financing vehicles to peer companies, analyzing and recommending opportunities to optimize our cost of capital.

    • Additional duties as assigned from time to time by Management.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, private credit, structured finance, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting or executing debt, equipment financing, or other capital-raising transactions.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience building and maintaining detailed financial models.

  • Experience managing transaction due diligence and coordinating across lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of debt financing structures, term sheets, loan documentation, and key financing terms.

  • Experience preparing financial analyses, presentations, and reporting for senior executives or other key stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, responsibilities, and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with equipment financing, structured debt, private credit, project finance, or other asset-backed financing structures.

  • Experience working directly with banks, private credit funds, institutional investors, or other capital providers.

  • Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, technology, or another capital-intensive industry.

  • Familiarity with post-closing financing requirements, including lender reporting, covenant compliance, amendments, and waivers.

  • Experience supporting Investor Relations, Board reporting, or investor-facing financial analysis.
