The firm operates across multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use development strategies, and is seeking an SVP who can meaningfully broaden its capital relationships and support the firm growth pipeline.The SVP will lead all capital raising efforts targeting institutional investors, family offices, and strategic JV partners; leverage existing relationships to deliver capital commitments ($100M+ raise track record required); structure joint ventures, equity partnerships, and capital stacks across diverse real estate projects; and partner closely with the acquisitions and development teams to align capital structures with project needs.
