YOUR IMPACT

Are you a visionary, consumer-oriented product leader eager to apply your strategic analytical and creative skills to define and deliver breakthrough financial products and frictionless customer experiences? Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President, Fraud Product Management, to join and lead within the growing Product team in the Assets & Wealth Management Division. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally resourceful and seasoned leader with a proven track record of defining and launching highly successful products, leading and mentoring Product teams, and driving strategic decision-making across complex cross-functional groups at an executive level.

As a Vice President, Fraud Product Management, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive fraud controls throughout the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including account opening, transaction initiation, and servicing. You will engage with and influence key senior stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and UX teams to develop, prioritize, and own the strategic product roadmap for a significant portion of Marcus's offerings. You will lead the Product development process, guiding teams to deliver innovative features and functionality, and establishing and measuring key metrics to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across our web and mobile properties.

In this leadership role, you will join a team committed to superior customer experience, operating at a fast pace to strategically enhance and expand the US Deposits product line.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative, market-leading products and experiences across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Drive the strategic definition of product features, build executive consensus among senior stakeholders, and oversee partnerships with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences.
  • Champion advanced analytical approaches to customer feedback, translating complex insights into strategic product initiatives and long-term pipeline development.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate emerging industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to shape and influence the overall product roadmap and strategic vision.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight for feature definition, user story development, and agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with overarching product strategy and business objectives.
  • Foster deep collaboration across product management, design, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and superior end-to-end customer experience.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and drive product innovation.
  • Strategically own, define, and evolve a comprehensive fraud product roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business goals, driving key performance indicators, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive product management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience working in fraud prevention and/or detection, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging threats.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, managing complex product portfolios, and successfully launching impactful products at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across various functions.
  • Proficient in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, road mapping software).
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of technical architectures and systems, with experience in technical product management.
  • Prior consumer banking/financial services experience, particularly within deposits or payments.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise product launches or transformative initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape within financial services.

  • Demonstrated leadership and executive presence, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and driving decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
