An upscale restaurant in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a polished culinary operation focused on elevated cuisine, hospitality, and team culture. This opportunity is ideal for a chef who brings creativity and operational discipline while understanding that hospitality begins behind the kitchen doors.

We are looking for a culinary leader who can inspire a team, maintain high standards during busy service periods, and balance strong execution with smart financial management. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, building systems, and creating an environment where both staff and guests feel valued.

Responsibilities
  • Direct all kitchen operations including prep, execution, staffing, and sanitation
  • Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Lead hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing development of culinary team members
  • Oversee food purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Manage food and labor costs while maintaining operational efficiency
