Matt Bowers Hyundai is seeking a personable, customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and service technicians. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional service experience while ensuring accurate communication, efficient workflow, and customer satisfaction.

As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers, listen to their concerns, schedule service appointments, estimate repair costs, and coordinate closely with our technician team to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally

  • Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately

  • Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines

  • Consult with technicians regarding required repairs and alternatives

  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services, parts, and repair options
