We are seeking an energetic, professional, and welcoming Automotive Service Advisor to create a premium guest experience at Executive Auto Group

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI).
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and service reports.

Keys To Success:

  • Experience: 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
