About the Job:
ยจ Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President, managing priorities, protecting executive time, and ensuring seamless execution across daily operations
ยจ Manage complex calendars, scheduling, domestic and international travel coordination, expense management, and executive logistics while balancing competing priorities and evolving business needs
ยจ Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and leadership communications to support informed decision-making
ยจ Coordinate board and executive leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, offsites, and key organizational events from planning through execution
ยจ Track strategic initiatives, commitments, and action items, ensuring accountability and timely follow-through across leadership teams
ยจ Partner closely with senior leaders and executive support teams to drive organizational alignment, communication, and operational excellence
ยจ Anticipate risks, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues before they impact business priorities
ยจ Draft executive correspondence, talking points, and internal communications that reflect leadership priorities and organizational messaging

About You:
ยจ 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a President, General Manager, C-suite executive, or senior business leader within a fast-paced organization

ยจ Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and exercise exceptional judgment
ยจ Outstanding organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
ยจ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
ยจ Executive presence with the confidence to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
ยจ High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential business information
ยจ Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and limited structure
