Your role
As a Executive Assistant, your mission is to empower executive leadership through proactive support, exceptional organization, and strategic coordination, ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and the successful execution of organizational priorities and business objectives. You will report to the General Manager.
You will
Executive Support & Leadership Coordination
  • Provide executive support to the General Manager and Staff Management Team, including managing calendars, schedules, priorities, and leadership commitments.
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate leadership communications and information flow across the organization.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records and documentation.
Travel & Event Coordination
  • Manage leadership travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related logistics.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and business events.
Strategic Initiatives & Project Support
  • Conduct research and prepare materials to support leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects, tracking progress and deliverables.
  • Support execution of organizational priorities through effective planning and follow-through.
Process Improvement & Confidentiality
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive business and personnel information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
To succeed, you will need

You have at least 5 years of experience, working in an administrative, office management, or leadership support role.
  • You hold an Associate's degree or have equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong project coordination and follow-through skills.
