Job description

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support. • Acts as department resource in answering questions or directing concerns to the appropriate person.
  • Manage special projects as designated by the CEO, CFO, or COO.
  • Manage contract authorization process.

Medical Credentialing & Compliance

  • Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process for physicians and mid-level providers.
  • Facilitate provider onboarding by ensuring malpractice insurance is up to date and verifying employment agreements.
  • Maintain digital provider profiles, tracking accurate renewals for state medical licenses, DEA certifications, and board certifications to prevent lapses.
  • Review incoming legal documents or subpoenas before escalating to executives, protecting highly sensitive and confidential healthcare information.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of direct experience handling medical credentialing required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare administration, provider enrollment, and compliance standards required.
  • Proficient with software (Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word, and Excel) and credentialing software.
  • Absolute commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive business and medical data with extreme tact.
