Job Description Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO McDonough, Georgia Location: In the office, McDonough, Georgia. The position is full-time, ideally 8am to 4pm with candidates living within a reasonable to commute to McDonough, GA Company Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce solutions company that provides end-to-end logistics solutions, managing product preparation, storage, and distribution to streamline operations for online sellers. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, tech-savvy, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO.

This role requires a flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage tasks with efficiency and discretion. The ideal candidate will be structured and capable of implementing routines to support the CEO, who is new to working with an Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Email and Calendar Management: Serve as a gatekeeper, managing the CEO's inbox, prioritizing important communications, and meticulously organizing a complex calendar.

Travel Coordination: Arrange intricate domestic and international travel logistics for the CEO and team members, including flights, hotels, and events, coordinating schedules from different locations to ensure seamless arrivals. Administrative Support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including preparing documents and presentations. Manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.

Project Coordination: Provide persistent support for administrative projects requiring strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. Team Support: Offer administrative assistance to other team members, including travel booking and event coordination. MUST LOVE DOGS. Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets), Gusto (payroll) and Slack. Familiarity with Mac operating systems is preferred. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to implement and maintain structure and routine.

Flexibility: Flexible, resourceful, and proactive, a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. Willingness to assist with non-traditional tasks and adapt to a flexible schedule. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
