About The Company: Our client is a professional services firm looking for a polished, capable Executive Assistant to support their C-suite. They place a premium on professionalism, discretion, and organizational strength, all within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Job Description: This role covers day-to-day administrative support for senior executives, including calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, board meeting attendance, and office event support. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information with sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative support directly to C-suite executives
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Attend board meetings and take accurate meeting minutes
- Process and track expense reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executive leadership
- Coordinate logistics for office events and internal meetings
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience as an executive assistant directly supporting multiple members of C-Suite
- Experience liaising with the Board of Directors preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Concur expense reporting
- Excellent communicator; proactive, organized, detail-focused, and self-directed
- Skilled at anticipating needs and managing urgent, shifting priorities
- Bachelor's degree required
