As a key member of the executive leadership team, the EVP of Brand & Mission Advancement provides strategic leadership across:

This leader partners closely with the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leaders to advance the YMCA’s 2030 ONE MISSION ONE VISION Strategic Plan, driving philanthropic revenue, enhancing visibility, and positioning the YMCA as a trusted community leader.

The EVP leads a team of 10 professionals across marketing and resource development, with four direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
