Keller Williams Paint Creek is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the commercial real estate side of the business.

We are looking for someone who can operate at a high level, anticipate needs before they arise, and help keep leadership focused on growth while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces with professionalism and urgency.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and client communications
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with commercial real estate operations, transactions, and project coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents
