This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, motivated Operations Manager with a strong background in real estate support and business operations.


Based in Sherwood Park, I am seeking a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to help lead and elevate the daily operations of a high-performing real estate business. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing administration, transactions, marketing, client care, and overall operational efficiency.


The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play an integral part in streamlining systems, supporting exceptional client experiences, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Compensation:

$23 - $26 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and timely communication and follow-up
  • Transaction Coordination: Manage workflows and timelines for listings and purchases from start to finish
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing consistent and professional updates throughout the buying or selling process
  • Buyer Tour Coordination: Organize and schedule property showings based on client preferences and availability
  • Email & Calendar Management: Handle inboxes, schedule appointments, and keep team members organized and on track
  • Marketing Preparation: Assist with creating and coordinating listing materials, brochures, and promotional content
  • Social Media & Website Management: Oversee content creation, posting, and engagement to maintain a strong online brand presence
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute client appreciation events, open houses, and team functions from concept to completion

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate operations or team management
  • Valid Alberta driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong leadership skills
